Great Falls National Historic District, Paterson, NJ.

The Great Falls are located on the Passaic River, and are among the largest waterfalls in the United States.  The falls were especially prominent in the early development of industry in Paterson, since the falls provided a natural power source.  Also included in this set are a couple shots of Hinchliffe Stadium, and a statue of Alexander Hamilton, who visited the site and later, as Secretary of the Treasury, designated it as the future site of the planned industrial city of Paterson.  For more info, check out the Great Falls Wikipedia page, as well as the Wiki page on Hinchliffe Stadium.
